Bear has several issues that prevented me from placing him with anyone but me. While he was a kit growing up, he did not get enough calcium and his legs do not work correctly. He also has a crooked jaw and one toe-nail that grows sideways. Bear does NOT let this stop him from anything though - he can climb, run and dook just like any other ferret. He is very sweet, loves to give kisses and lick toes (icky!).
Bear won the Physically Challenged class in August of 2007, but has since decided to be a stay-at-home weasel.
